As a Personal Trainer and Myotherapist, my understanding of pain has allowed me to not only treat the physical pain my clients present with, but to also understand and address the mental and emotional toll pain has on them as well.

Our 30 minute online classes contain a number of exercises aimed at getting the heart rate going and blood pumping. Increase cardio fitness while also improving technique and movement.
CORE STRENGTH
MUSCLE STRENGTH
Improve muslce tone and strength in the arms, legs and stabilise core regions of the body. Strengthen your body with a number of unique exercises that increase your bodies core strength.

At Core Impact it's not all about building muscle mass and fitness. Our weekly stretching session will ease your bodies muscles, improve flexibility and get your energy flowing again.
